Mobile-First Brand Experience
As part of an expanding role at a previous position, I was charged with doing onboarding analytics audits for new clients. Mobile user growth YoY was over 30%, far outpacing industry trends. With more than 50% of Sexy Hair’s user base comprised of mobile customers, I outlined some mobile best practices to apply to the new site with the help of the UX team. A much improved mobile navigation, with helpful product filtering (by product line, hair need, and hair goals) and multi-, easily tappable add-to-cart buttons, we developed a truly mobile-first e-commerce platform that is built from the ground up to deliver seamless brand and product discovery on any device.
